Mixx Sénégal (Mobile Cash), fintech pionnière au Sénégal, parmi les premiers acteurs à collaborer avec la BCEAO pour offrir des paiements instantanés, interopérables et accessibles à tous
Dakar, September 29, 2025 – Mixx Senegal (Mobile Cash), a pioneering fintech in Senegal, is among the first players to collaborate with the BCEAO to offer instant, interoperable and universally accessible payments. Mixx Senegal, a brand operated by Mobile Cash SA, is proud to announce its participation in the launch of the Interoperable Platform of the Instant Payment System (PI-SPI), a major initiative of the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO), whose official deployment will take place on September 30, 2025. As a committed and innovative fintech, Mixx places its customers at the heart of its strategy and strives to develop simple, fast and inclusive solutions, adapted to real market needs. With the integration into the PI-SPI, Mixx opens new perspectives for users in the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA) zone. This progress is part of Mixx's desire to offer services that comply with the highest security standards, while meeting the requirements of the BCEAO to guarantee reliable and transparent transactions.
Mixx customers will directly benefit from:
Free, instant and barrier-free transfers: send or receive money from or to any kalpé or bank account of participants in the UEMOA zone, smoothly and securely.
A single QR code for all merchant payments: no more need for multiple solutions or complex interfaces – a single QR code accepted everywhere to make your payments from any kalpé.
. A direct interconnection with banks in the UEMOA zone: To top up your kalpé for free from any bank account, or credit your bank account from any kalpé, for both individuals and professionals.
Mixx customers will directly benefit from:
. Making financial services accessible to all, for real inclusion.
. Constantly innovate to meet customers' daily needs.
. Strengthen fluidity and confidence in financial exchanges within UEMOA.
To illustrate the ambition of this partnership, Sidali Stiti, Managing Director of Mixx Senegal, said: "This collaboration reflects the vision shared between Mixx and the BCEAO: to build a modern, transparent and interconnected financial ecosystem, designed above all in the interest of the client."

Merci Mixx.
