Opération coup de poing nationale : plus de 400 personnes interpellées par la Police
As part of efforts to strengthen public safety, the National Police conducted a large-scale operation across the country last night. Supervised by the Directorate of Public Security (DSP), this major operation aimed to clear areas of the country considered to be crime hotspots.
The impressive police presence deployed on the ground allowed for a major cleanup in several localities. At the end of the operations, 402 arrests were made.
According to Seneweb sources, these include:
252 people stopped for identity checks;
60 for public and manifest drunkenness;
32 for investigative purposes;
1 for possession and trafficking of Indian hemp;
12 for possession and use of Indian hemp;
4 for possession of ecstasy (13 tablets);
3 for offering and transferring Indian hemp (7 cones);
11 for use of cellulose product;
5 for fighting on public roads;
1 for fraud;
1 for breach of trust;
1 for criminal association;
1 for handing over a vehicle to a third party who does not hold a driving licence;
2 for active soliciting on public roads;
1 for robbery with violence;
1 for destruction of property belonging to others;
2 for attempted theft;
7 for being caught in the act of theft;
5 for flight.
Police also impounded 19 vehicles and 80 motorcycles, and seized 986 various items. In addition, fixed fines totaling 1,242,000 CFA francs were issued.
This operation is part of the national strategy to combat crime and delinquency, initiated by the Ministry of the Interior through the General Directorate of the National Police, in order to ensure the safety and peace of citizens throughout the territory.

toutes mes félicitations mais il reste la zone de keur massar derrière la clinique tounkara une activité intense de commerce de chanvre indien se passe là bas chaque nuit on a beau alerté les gendarmes et les policiers mais rien.
