Podor : un jeune berger décapite son meilleur ami d'un coup de machette
An extremely violent murder took place in Madina Ndiathbé, in the Podor department. An 18-year-old shepherd, H. Th. Bâ, took the life of his best friend, Abdoulaye Ousmane Sow (also 18), following an argument.
Wal Fadjri, who reenacted the horrific scene in his Friday edition, explains that the two friends, in the bush to herd their herds, had a falling out after an altercation. Separated for the first time by passersby, the tragedy occurred later. Bâ waited until his friend was performing his twilight prayer before striking him with a violent machete on the neck.
According to the testimonies, reported by the newspaper, the violence of the blow separated the deceased's head from his body.
The murderer fled, but his escape was short-lived. He was arrested the next day by the gendarmerie in Boké Dialloubé before being transferred and taken to the Saint-Louis Prison. The victim was buried that same morning in Madina Ndiathbé.
The tragedy has rekindled the debate on the proliferation of bladed weapons in the forest-pastoral areas of the north of the country, Wal Fadjri said.

Ces deux jeunes étaient juste des collègues.

Je crois qu'il faut lutter ardement a retirer ces armes : diassy dans ces milieux, couteaux à dakar etc ....
Ont ils besoin d'avoir ces armes pour conduir leur troupeaux . Vu que ça fait trop de degats , l'interdire tout simplement .Et que les familles participant à ce necessaire changement .
Les premiers à l'avoir pratiqué à Dakar,ne parlaient même pas Wolof, A votre avis de quelle ethnie sont ils ? Ils sont les ancêtres des agresseurs modernes.
