SUPPOSÉ CONTRAT AU PORT AUTONOME DE DAKAR : Pape Abdoulaye Touré annonce une plainte contre Ardo Gningue pour diffamation et diffusion de fausses nouvelles
In a Facebook post, activist Ardo Gningue announced that Pape Abdoulaye Touré was recruited at the Autonomous Port of Dakar (PAD) by Director Waly Diouf Bodiang.
"After the mass dismissal of workers suspected of being members of the APR, at the Autonomous Port of Dakar, Pape Abdoulaye Touré is rewarded with a work contract at the Port of Waly Diouf Bodiang. Congratulations," revealed Ardo Gningue.
Before returning to his statement with a nuance: "After the Mass Dismissal of Workers Suspected to Be Members of the APR at the Autonomous Port of Dakar, Pape Abdoulaye TOURE was allegedly rewarded with a Work Contract at the Port of Wally D. Bodian. Congratulations."
Following this, Pape Abdoulaye Touré made a post to provide a response.
"I hope that this Ardo Gningue is still in Senegal. If so, I would like the Port Authority of Dakar to issue him a direct summons. If not, I will be pleased to offer him the opportunity to prove his allegations by taking legal action without delay before the competent judge for defamation and spreading false news," he said.

On RÉVÈLE ce qui est vrai mais a été caché (comme la dette du fuyard de Marrakech). "A AFFIRMÉ Ardo Gningue" aurait fait l'affaire. Maintenant, qu'il n'oublie pas d'apporter ses preuves devant le juge!
Un démenti aurait suffit au lieu de se donner l'importance d'aller porter plainte.
