On October 31, 2025, around 6:00 PM, T. Lo offended Mr. Sylla's uncle with an inappropriate remark during an argument. The verbal exchange escalated. Alerted, Mr. Sylla went to the scene. But his presence only fueled T. Lo's anger, according to Seneweb sources. Enraged, Lo attacked Mr. Sylla with a broken bottle, striking him in the left temple and causing serious injuries.
It was during this time that Mr. Sylla was taken to a hospital. His doctors issued him a medical certificate confirming a 10-day period of temporary incapacity for work, attesting to the severity of his injuries. To obtain compensation, Mr. Sylla filed a complaint with the Fandène police against his assailant. Subsequently, T. Lo was arrested and taken into custody.
