Thiès : On en sait plus sur l'homme retrouvé mort dans un champ
The lifeless body discovered in a field in the Parcelles Assainies district of Thiès on Monday, November 17th, has finally been identified. It is that of Thierno Cissé, a young motorcycle taxi driver, approximately 20 years old, originally from The Gambia.
According to testimonies from his relatives, Thierno Cissé arrived in Senegal at a very young age to study the Quran in a daara in the Léona neighborhood. After the death of his father in Gambia, he returned to Thiès to work and support his mother.
After unsuccessfully trying his hand at tiling, he bought a Jakarta motorcycle to become a driver. It was while working as a driver that he disappeared.
A relative of the victim recounted how their concern began: "When we noticed he was missing, we called him several times on the phone, but to no avail." The concern grew the following morning when his roommate, Bouba, didn't see him return home.
The family went to the Parcelles Assainies police station to report the disappearance. It was there that the police showed them photos of the body that had been discovered. "We saw that it was Thierno Cissé. He was killed in a horrific way," the relative confided.
Thierno Cissé's family believes their son was the victim of an attack motivated by the theft of his Jakarta motorcycle. They are formally requesting that the police and gendarmerie open an investigation to find and apprehend the perpetrators.

Y en a marre de ce laxisme qui coûte la vie a des innocents ,travailleurs,au détriment de ratés,souvent drogués et nuisibles pour la societé.
