A. Ndione, a married electromechanical technician and father, had a mistress who eventually married another man. He couldn't accept this.
Seeking revenge, the man in his thirties harassed his ex-mistress's husband and went so far as to assault him. Worse still, he sent videos of his sexual encounters with Mr. Cissé to the husband.
To put an end to it, the couple filed a complaint with the police for indecent assault, illegal collection and dissemination of personal data, and intentional assault and battery.
At the time of his arrest, the detectives discovered that the suspect possessed a firearm without authorization.
Placed under a detention order, A. Ndione was tried this Friday, December 26, by the Thiès court of flagrant offenses.
In court, he admitted to possessing obscene images of Mr. Cissé, stating that they were filmed during their sexual encounters in a local hotel. He also claimed to have sent them to Mr. Cissé's husband, whom he also physically and verbally assaulted.
Regarding the weapon, he stated that he acquired it to protect himself from thieves.
The public prosecutor requested the application of the law. The verdict will be delivered on January 2, 2026.
