Usine « Buildmart » : tromperie sur la marchandise, trois têtes tombent
A serious scandal has rocked the "Buildmart" factory, owned by Indian nationals. In its Wednesday edition, Libération reports that three people have been arrested by the Keur Massar Research Brigade in connection with the production and sale of substandard reinforcing steel. They are Ab. Fall, owner of the hardware store; Ad. Fall, the factory representative; and Br. Mohan, the production manager.
The suspects are being prosecuted for endangering the lives of others and selling construction materials that do not meet regulatory standards. On November 10th, during a routine inspection in the Sotrac housing complex in the Keur Massar department, the Trade Services discovered that the reinforcing steel stored in Ab. Fall's hardware store did not conform to regulations. Fifty tons of the steel were seized, and the remaining stock was confiscated by the owner, who was issued a seizure report.
However, three days later, the Trade Department discovered that 20 tons of the seized iron had been sold despite the ban. Ab. Fall was arrested immediately, followed shortly afterward by Ad. Fall and Br. Mohan. Given the seriousness of the offenses and the significant quantity of non-compliant iron intended for construction, the prosecutor in Pikine-Guédiawaye decided to prosecute those involved, reports Libération.

Et puis au delà qui a acheté les 20t en tant que receleur. Il n'y a aucune tracabilité possible dans ce pays. Il est évident que plusieurs constructions se font avec cette marchandise hors norme. Et si l'état décide de mener à bien l'enquête on se rendra compte que le mal est bien plus profond sur toute la chaîne. Dans un pays où en plein centre ville il y a une 'officine' de distribution de faux médicaments au vu et au su de tous, à quelques encablures du palais de la république et du building administratif. Dans un réseau d'importation et de distribution bien huilé par la corruption active pour acheter tout le monde. Nous ne sommes pas encore sorti de l'auberge, nous sommes assis sur beaucoup de démagogie. Nous mentant à nous même par omission de la vérité sous nos yeux pour mieux nous donner conscience tranquille.
Supposons que des gens aient construit sur plusieurs niveau avec un fer non conforme, cela peut être la cause de fissures voire d'effondrements de bâtiments.

Ces investisseurs Indiens ne font que industrialiser au mieux le Sénégal en venant dans notre payspour creer de l'emploi. Pourquoi toute cette cruauté ?
