The Lawyers' Club in Morocco expresses its strongest condemnation of the defamatory statements made by the President of the Senegalese Football Federation (FSF). By peremptorily accusing the Kingdom of Morocco of "manipulating CAF" and exerting undue influence over the organization of continental football, this official has crossed the line into sports criticism and ventured into the realm of institutional slander. Furthermore, the deliberate questioning of CAF's procedural fairness constitutes a direct attack on the integrity of this institution.
These allegations, devoid of any evidentiary substance, constitute a serious attack on the honor of Moroccan and African sporting bodies. Through rhetoric that blends insinuation and defamation, the author of these remarks attempts to justify his organizational failures and structural deficiencies by constructing a conspiracy theory that undermines the cohesion of African football.
It is worth recalling that the statements made by the President of the Senegalese Football Federation (FSF) are not simply sporting opinions, but a clear and serious violation of the fundamental principles of FIFA and CAF. By accusing a nation and a confederation of manipulation without evidence, this official is flagrantly failing in his duties of neutrality, loyalty, and integrity, obligations strictly prescribed by Articles 14, 15, and 16 of the FIFA Code of Ethics and Article 82 of the CAF Disciplinary Code. From a legal standpoint, these actions constitute defamation and offensive conduct under Article 23 of the FIFA Code of Ethics and Article 131 of the CAF Disciplinary Code. These provisions penalize any deliberate attack on the image of sport and the honor of institutions, exposing the perpetrator to fines and bans from activities that can last for several years. The Lawyers' Club in Morocco intends to initiate the referral procedure based on Article 60 of the FIFA Code of Ethics and Article 43 of the CAF Disciplinary Code, which unequivocally stipulate that any person or authority may report in writing to the judicial bodies any conduct they deem contrary to the regulations. Once the report is registered by the respective secretariats, the investigating chambers are authorized to open a preliminary investigation to analyze the evidence provided and initiate appropriate proceedings.
The Lawyers' Club in Morocco strongly reaffirms that no sporting frustration, however keen, can justify sacrificing the integrity of our institutions' efforts on the altar of populist maneuvers. The dignity of Moroccan football cannot be trampled with impunity by irresponsible media pronouncements that undermine African fraternity.

Mais le plus regrettable, c'est une certaine frange de notre presse locale qui appuie la presse française.
Il ne faut pas suivre des gens comme le commentateur de Véridique qui en fait réagit comme un supporteur extrêmement chauvin.
Ces berbères sont des malfamés ; ils n'ont même pas honte du comportement qu'ils ont eu dans le stade ... des morts , des soupçons d'empoisonnement; la connivence flagrante entre la FIFA, la CAF et la fédération marocaine;
J'espère que le sénégal va très vite constituer son pool d'avocats pour rabattre le caquet à ses bonimenteures génétiques
