Avec Hakimi, le PSG a régalé le Maroc !
Achraf Hakimi, who had been injured for several weeks, is recovering well. Walid Regragui expressed his gratitude to PSG for their handling of the defender's case.
Achraf Hakimi was rested by his national team coach for Morocco's second match in this Africa Cup of Nations, against Mali. The PSG defender had sprained his left ankle last November against Bayern Munich and had been sidelined. While he hasn't played for the Parisian club since, PSG allowed him to join the national team. A decision that delighted Walid Regragui, who praised the Parisians' class.
"I would like to thank PSG."
“I also want to thank PSG, the club and their president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, who is a very classy person, because they made Achraf available to us. They let him come almost 15 days before. There isn’t a club in the world that would have said: ‘We’re making him available to you and we trust you,’” said the Moroccan coach at a press conference regarding PSG.
