Coupe du monde U17 : le Mali, 9e pays africain qualifié pour les seizièmes de finale
Africa will have nine representatives in the round of 32 of the U17 World Cup. The final qualifier is Mali. The Eagles defeated Saudi Arabia 2-0. In a tight match, the young Malians made the difference in six minutes. Indeed, after Ndjicoura Bomba opened the scoring in the 61st minute, Ibrahim Diakité doubled the lead in the 67th minute.
Thanks to this victory, Mali (6 pts) finishes in second place in Group L and qualifies for the round of 32.
