A major twist shakes the senior final of zone 2/B of Odcav of Tambacounda, after the decision of the departmental CQRP concerning the reserve of ASC Rakadiou against ASC Entente Quinzambougou.

The subject of ASC Rakadiou's protest was "identity fraud, non-renewed license" of an ASC Entente player. After examining the documents, the zonal commission rejected ASC Rakadiou's allegations for procedural defects, in accordance with Article 71 of the RG of Oncav and approved the result acquired on the pitch, which saw Entente Quinzambougou beat Rakadiou 3-2 in the final played on October 4, 2025 at the El Hadj Boubacar Diop stadium in Tambacounda.

 

But ASC Rakadiou appealed to the Odcav. The departmental CQRP, ruling in final instance, overturned the CQRP's verdict and awarded the match lost by penalty to Entente Quinzambougou in favor of ASC Rakadiou. In addition, the Entente player was suspended for the remainder of the season and the ASC secretary for one year, in addition to the current year.

The ASC Entente Quinzambougou is crying foul. "What has just happened with the Odcav is unfair, and we call on the Oncav to rule to redress an injustice that has lasted far too long in the Navétanes movement in Tambacounda. The zonal CQRP highlighted a procedural defect in rejecting the ASC Rakadiou's request, hence the poorly worded reason (non-renewable in the non-renewed position) - failure to comply with the circular reducing the time limits for reservation, evocation, and appeal, which was a maximum of 4 hours - unfair and illegal search of the database by the secretary of the departmental CQRP on the orders of the president of the Orcav, who was also the delegate of the ASC Rakadiou who initiated the forfeiture. This is why we have contacted the Oncav so that justice can be done," fulminates Thierno Ndiaye of the ASC Entente Quinzambougou.
