Iliman Ndiaye : le coach d’Everton est fâché
Everton manager David Moyes is not satisfied with Iliman Ndiaye's performances, and he made it known. Reacting to his team's 3-1 defeat against Sunderland on Sunday, the Scottish manager didn't hold back in his criticism of the Senegalese striker, whom he blames for a dip in form at the end of the Premier League season. "I think my players were excellent at the start of the season. But in the second half of the season, we seem to lack attacking efficiency, mainly due to some players not performing as well," Moyes pointed out. "Iliman, in particular, has had some good chances in some games, chances he could have converted in the past."
The Everton coach continued, still targeting Ndiaye: "He scored a superb goal against Chelsea right here [at home, at Liverpool's Hill Dickinson Stadium], but since then he has had many opportunities without being able to take them to win the games we needed, because we haven't been very generous in front of goal, despite some well-constructed attacks. We lacked inspiration."
