La Ligue sénégalaise de football professionnel dévoile son hymne officiel

The Senegalese Professional Football League (LSFP) is breaking new ground. In a press release published on Monday, October 20, 2025, it announced the launch of its first-ever official anthem. The work, composed by the group 1 Da Beatz and produced by Rise and Vibe Studio, is described as "a new step in its modernization and cultural anchoring."

"Inspired by the richness of Senegalese sounds and the vibrant energy of the stadiums, this anthem harmoniously blends the traditional rhythms of our 'asssikos' and local percussion with a modern and powerful sound architecture. The result? A song that exudes the intensity, pride and unity of Senegalese professional football," the press release states.

This initiative is part of a desire for innovation, to promote the national musical heritage, but also to strengthen the sense of belonging around the Senegalese championships, it is emphasized.

"One anthem, one identity, one shared pride. The public is invited to get ready, a big reveal is coming soon!" concludes the LSFP note.

Tout hymne du Senegal qui n'utilise pas le djeumbe, le tama, ndeude, Xalam, kora, etc... est nul et sans avenir...car ce sont ces instruments qui sont ll'identite culturelle et la particularite unique des peuples du Senegal dans le monde! Tout le reste c de l'alienation, yokhii yokhi, niak fayda , etc...
