Ligue 1 / 1re journée : Teungueth–US Gorée pour lancer la saison
The 2025-2026 football season kicks off this weekend in Senegal. A clash of Lebou brothers between Teungueth FC and US Gorée will open the proceedings. The islanders, runners-up last season, will try to get off to a good start, despite a perilous away match.
Reigning Senegalese champions Jaraaf will face HLM. At the Aline Sitoé Diatta stadium, Casa Sports will begin their season by hosting newly promoted Cambérène.
At the Caroline Faye Stadium, Stade de Mbour, back in the top flight, hosts Linguère de Saint-Louis. At the Alassane Djigo Stadium, AS Pikine welcomes US Ouakam for a clash between two popular clubs.
In Thiès, Wallydaan hosts Génération Foot, while in Diourbel, Sonacos will face off against AJEL of Rufisque.
Finally, at the Ngor municipal stadium, Dakar SC faces Guédiawaye FC.
