RDC-Sénégal: Des changements dans la composition officielle de Pape Thiaw
Facing the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) this Tuesday at 4 p.m., Senegal is looking for a victory to take first place in Group B at the end of the 8th day of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
To achieve this goal, the Lions' coach has chosen a starting 11 featuring Edouard Mendy in goal. In defense, Pape Thiaw has lined up Abdoulaye Seck and Kalidou Koulibaly in the central axis while Krépin Diatta and El Malick Diouf occupy the wings.
In midfield, changes have been made with Gana Guèye and Lamine Camara, who were on the bench against Sudan on Friday, replacing Habib Diarra and Pape Matar Sarr. Pape Guèye is retained to support them. In attack, there is also a change with Jackson starting up front. He will be joined by Sadio Mané and Iliman Ndiaye.
Let us recall that the DRC is leader of the group with 16 points followed by Senegal which has 15 points.
