Dakar : Le ministre de l’Intérieur supervise une vaste opération de sécurisation conjointe police-gendarmerie
On the night of Saturday, November 22nd to Sunday, November 23rd, 2025, the Minister of the Interior and Public Security, Mouhamadou Bamba Cissé, participated in a major security operation conducted jointly by the police and the gendarmerie in the Dakar region. This large-scale operation, which is expected to continue in the coming days, aims to strengthen public safety, reinforce camaraderie among the units involved, and improve interoperability between the different forces.
According to the Ministry of the Interior, detailed results will be communicated on the official platforms of the police and the gendarmerie.
Several permanent installations have been deployed on strategic axes of the capital, in order to ensure a continuous presence of the defense and security forces (FDS).
At the end of his tour, Minister Mouhamadou Bamba Cissé praised the professionalism and commitment of the deployed personnel. He expressed his pride in the security forces who "tirelessly strive to guarantee peace, tranquility, and security for the population."

Aidez nous svp!!! Notre cri de détresse dure!!! Le marché tilene avec des étrangers qui vendent nuits et jours de la drogue. Tout se passe à la rue 18x17 et a l'intérieur du marché... Nous avons peur pour les générations à venir...
