SIMA 2026 : Des innovations annoncées pour la 2e édition

Following the success of the first edition of the International Media Fair of Africa (SIMA) 2025, Mactar Silla, coordinator of the event, announced several innovations for the second edition scheduled for October 1-4, 2026.

This project by the Babacar Touré Press House, initiated by Sambou Biagui, will be organized around the theme "Building a sovereign and high-performing media ecosystem in Africa." The objective is to highlight the champions of the Senegalese and African media sector.

Furthermore, the use of artificial intelligence in media productions will also be among the topics discussed during the exchanges at this event, which is expected to welcome participants from more than 30 countries.
