Burkina Faso : L'explosion d’un camion-citerne fait un mort
The National Fire Brigade responded on March 10, 2026, to an explosion in a tanker truck in Koladougou. According to emergency services, the rapid intervention of the 5th Fire and Rescue Company allowed them to control and then extinguish the fire, thus limiting the damage. However, the incident resulted in one fatality and significant material damage.
The National Fire Brigade calls for greater vigilance in the handling of hazardous materials in order to prevent such accidents.
