Actes homosexuels en Gambie : Le "suceur" et le "jouisseur" devant la justice
In Gambia, two men named Muhammed Jawo and Muhammed Krubally have been on trial since Tuesday before the Brusibi court for "indecent practices." They were reportedly caught near a cemetery engaging in "unnatural acts." At least, that's what Sergeant Mamadou A. Sanyang, who arrested them, says.
“I saw a boy standing by a fence…”
"I was at the Minister of Interior's residence in Old Yundum with my guard commander, Basiro Sarjo. Around 9 p.m., I asked my commander for permission to patrol, then headed towards the cemetery. I saw a boy standing by a fence, peering into the compound," the police officer testifying in court began. The boy fled at the sight of him, but was soon caught by the sergeant.

Arrested, the rascal refused to reveal anything about what he saw inside the compound. So the sergeant decided to take a closer look. He then discovered a man lying down, while another, on his knees, was sucking his dick... The sergeant quickly proceeded to arrest them.
Before the judges, both men denied the charges. Their lawyer, K. Bojang, filed a bail application, but Magistrate Jallow rejected it.
