ERRATUM : Rectification concernant l'identité de M. Mbaye Guéye
In an article published this Monday, February 2, 2026 on Seneweb, a regrettable confusion was made concerning the identity of Mr. Mbaye Guéye in the context of a case of embezzlement of a loan guaranteed by the State.
The accused, who appeared before the Dakar court for flagrant offenses, is a trader residing in Touba.
The National Debt Recovery Company (SNR) confirms that this case concerns a debt of 43 million FCFA totally unrelated to the activities of the company EMG Universal Auto.
Mr. Mbaye Guéye, Managing Director of EMG Universal Auto, is in no way involved in this legal procedure.
