Guinée-Bissau : Fernando Dias da Costa trouve refuge au Nigeria, loin des rumeurs qui l'envoyaient au Sénégal
Contrary to reports circulating in recent hours, the main opposition leader from Guinea-Bissau, Fernando Dias da Costa, opponent of outgoing President Umaro Sissoco Embaló, is not in Ziguinchor.
Rumors had him arrive in southern Senegal to seek protection from the Senegalese authorities, in a particularly tense political climate in Guinea-Bissau, after a "coup d'état" that occurred before the official proclamation of the election results.
According to reliable sources contacted by Yeugle.net, Fernando Dias da Costa never left Guinea-Bissau. The candidate has in fact taken refuge in the Nigerian embassy in Bissau, where he is now under the protection of the Nigerian authorities.
President Bola Tinubu reportedly asked the president of the ECOWAS Commission to personally ensure that the organization's mission, already deployed on the ground, guarantees the opposition leader's safety.

Nous le devons à la grande gueule de Ousmane Sonko qui apparemment ne connaît toujours son rôle dans l’appareil d’Etat.
