Guinée : une femme tue un bébé à coups de pilon et s’enfuit
An extremely violent tragedy has rocked the Kakimbo neighborhood, Sector 5, in the commune of Ratoma. A woman in her forties, named Kadiatou Diallo, allegedly fatally struck an eight-month-old baby with a pestle.
Still in shock, the victim's mother, Fatoumata Diallo, gave a heartbreaking account of the circumstances of the tragedy: "It all started more than two weeks ago, when I asked Kadiatou Diallo to clean up after her child had defecated outside. She got angry and threatened me, saying that if the owner of the house didn't chase me away, she would kill me. I didn't take her words seriously."
The tragedy occurred on Friday, August 22, 2025, at around 11 a.m. While she was preparing a meal and breastfeeding her baby, her neighbor allegedly entered her home under the pretext of retrieving a drumstick, before violently hitting the child on the head.
My baby fell from my arms, lifeless. I did nothing to that woman. It was only because I asked her to clean her child that she killed mine. It has been a week now since I lost my baby and I will never forgive her. I demand justice,” she said in pain.
The alleged murderer fled after her attack. An investigation is underway and Kadiatou Diallo is actively being sought.

Incroyable !
