Présidentielle en Côte d’Ivoire : Les instructions de Ouattara à sa direction de campagne
In Côte d'Ivoire, the presidential election will take place on October 25, 2025. With just a few weeks to go, candidates are preparing to launch their campaigns. Yesterday, Thursday, October 2, the members of the national campaign leadership of presidential candidate Alassane Ouattara were sworn in.
The ceremony took place at the Sofitel Hôtel Ivoire in Abidjan, in the presence of the Ivorian leader, members of the senior leadership of the RHDP and a crowd of activists.
"We will not engage in insults."
Mr. Ouattara denounced the "insults and hatred" spread by political figures, while asking his team to remain courteous during the campaign.
"We will not engage in insults. We hear the insults and hatred being uttered, but do not pay any attention to them. We will present our project to the Ivorians. We will defend together the record of our governance," the Ivorian president declared to his campaign leadership and to RHDP activists.
The man remains convinced that this record has what it takes to convince voters because it is "unassailable." For him, the "RHDP must be the foundation of a stable Ivory Coast."
For a “resounding victory in the first round”
His dearest wish is to win these upcoming elections in the first round. He wants to count on the RHDP and its activists to pull off this "resounding victory."
On Saturday, October 11, the statesman will launch his campaign in Daloa, in the presence of course of the National Campaign Director Gilbert Kafana Koné and other RHDP executives.
