RDC : Crash d’un avion transportant le ministre des Mines et sa délégation
In the Democratic Republic of Congo, a plane carrying the Minister of Mines Louis Watum Kabamba and his delegation crashed on Monday, November 17, at Kolwezi airport, in the province of Lualaba (southern part of the country).
According to 7SUR7.CD, which reported the information, all occupants of the aircraft were able to be evacuated before it caught fire.
Isaac Nyembo, a communications consultant contacted by the same media outlet, confirmed the accident.
"The plane went off the runway and started to catch fire."
"We don't yet know if it was a tire problem. The plane ended up off the runway and started to catch fire. Fortunately, we got out, even though our luggage remained on board," he said.
Minister Kabamba and his delegation are on a mission to Lualaba, a province recently bereaved by a landslide in a mining area.
The tragedy has claimed more than thirty lives. It was therefore to assess the situation that the authorities traveled to the site with their team.

Ensuite là-bas en DRC, un accident d'avion c'est comme un accident d'un bus, car rapide ou ndiaga ndiaye au Sénégal. Il y'en a tous les jours.
