Visée par de nouvelles plaintes : Ndéya Beauty extraite de prison par la BR de Faidherbe
Placed under arrest warrant last Tuesday, Ndèye Fatou Diatta, a trader and TikTok influencer known under the pseudonym "Ndéya Beauty", is facing new complaints.
According to exclusive information obtained by Seneweb, she was taken from her cell this Wednesday by the Faidherbe research brigade, part of the Dakar gendarmerie company. The manager of an online savings and loan scheme was questioned about four new complaints filed against her. The total damages claimed by these four victims are estimated at 10,400,000 CFA francs.
Ndéya Beauty admitted to the acts in her official statement. However, she told investigators that she was financially unable to reimburse her victims.
She was thus brought before the Dakar prosecutor's office this Thursday for the second time in the same week. She remains in custody pending her trial, scheduled for next Monday.
As a reminder, Ndéya Beauty was brought before the Faidherbe Criminal Investigation Department last Monday for embezzlement of an online savings and loan scheme, with total losses estimated at 42,750,000 CFA francs. The number of complaints has increased from 11 to 15.
