Arriérés de redevances : la DGPU sans pitié, une société immobilière forcée de payer 380 millions F CFA
The General Delegation for the Promotion of the Diamniadio and Lac Rose Urban Centers (DGPU) takes no offense to late payers. As part of a major campaign to recover royalties, it has targeted the real estate company "Al Madina," which holds a lease on the Diamniadio and Lac Rose urban centers.
"Following a summons from the DGPU, the commercial court ordered it to pay the sum of 380.811 million CFA francs, plus interest from the date of service of the judgment. The court also ordered the provisional execution of the decision," reports Libération, which provides the information in its Thursday edition.
