Prime Minister's Office: an interministerial council for the relaunch of SONACOS, this Friday

Primature : un conseil interministériel pour la relance de la SONACOS, ce vendredi

An interministerial council meeting dedicated to the revival of the Senegalese National Oilseed Marketing Company (SONACOS) began this Friday at the Prime Minister's Office.

According to the Senegalese Press Agency (APS), several ministers, including the Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Livestock, Mabouba Diagne, and the Minister of Finance and Budget, Cheikh Diba, are participating in this meeting.

The work is led by the Secretary General of the Government, Boubacar Kamara.

Sonacos CEO Ndane Diagne, as well as Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) boss Fadilou Keïta and other officials also took part in the meeting.

To summarize and close the meeting, the Prime Minister will join the participants at midday.
