Transformation structurelle : Les communes et les villages, points focaux pour impulser le changement
For a structural transformation of Senegal, municipalities, cities, and neighborhoods are essential. This is the conviction of Diamé Signaté, Director General of the Local Development Agency (ADL). He was speaking at a ceremony for the handover of equipment, as part of the Community Resilience Strengthening Program (PR2C). He reaffirmed his commitment to placing grassroots territories at the heart of Senegal's structural transformation.
According to him, the future of the country is played out first and foremost in the towns, villages and neighborhoods, where the social and economic dynamics of daily life are built.
"We remain convinced that the structural transformation of our country begins from the ground up, at the heart of the municipalities, within the villages and neighborhoods, on behalf of the women's and youth groups who innovate, undertake and drive the dynamic of change," he said.
For Signaté Diamé, this approach is fully aligned with the Senegal 2050 Vision of the President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye, the guidelines of the Prime Minister and those of Minister Moussa Bala Fofana regarding territorial development, promotion of the community economy and the promotion of local consumption.
"By coming together, we are realizing a strong ambition: to build more productive, more autonomous and more resilient territories," he insisted.

Sinon rien, dara, touss
