Complexe Cheikh Ahmadoul Khadim de Touba : 70 ingénieurs prêts à intégrer le marché dès l'an prochain
In an interview with L'Observateur, Cheikh Ahmadou Mbacké Badawi, rector of the Cheikh Ahmadoul Khadim Complex in Touba, looks back on the major progress made three years after the opening of this higher education institution, which is entirely free and rooted in the values of Mouridism.
Among the key announcements, the source for the Groupe Futurs Médias daily newspaper revealed that 70 engineers from technical and scientific fields (agronomy, IT, telecommunications, civil engineering, HEC) will be ready to enter the job market next year. This is a strong signal of the complex's professional and pragmatic orientation, which aims to meet local and national skills needs.
The Rector also welcomes the imminent arrival of the first class of graduates in Islamic Studies and Arabic Languages (more than 100 students), the rise of the UFR Santé with already 30 graduates (midwives, nurses), and the expansion to future medical specialties.
The institution, founded by the General Caliph of the Mourides, aims to become a benchmark, like the great Islamic universities such as Al-Azhar. Thanks to active international cooperation, foreign teachers, particularly from Mauritania, have joined the faculty.
Free tuition, scholarships, internships from the first year, guaranteed local integration: everything is designed to maximize success, explains the rector, who says he expects "a 100% success rate" from his students.
