Nearly 4,000 new teachers, including 1,478 women, have joined the Senegalese education system, representing a strategic strengthening of the national human capital.
Trained within the framework of NITHE, these teachers are prepared not only to impart academic knowledge, but also to instill civic values and a sense of civic responsibility. Their role goes beyond mere pedagogy, reflecting a vision of education as a driver of social and moral transformation.
Their immediate deployment in schools aims to produce a concrete and rapid impact on the ground, helping to improve the quality of teaching and bringing schools closer to the realities of society. This initiative illustrates the priority given by Senegal to investing in human capital to support sustainable development and social cohesion.
