Affaire Farba Ngom : Me Moussa Bocar Thiam dépose une Dénonciation-plainte contre le Juge Idrissa Diarra
The Farba Ngom case has taken a new turn. Attorney Moussa Bocar Thiam has announced the filing of a complaint against Idrissa Diarra, President of the Panel of Investigating Judges of the Financial Judicial Pool. The complaint was filed with the General Inspectorate of the Administration of Justice (IGAJ).
"I have reported violations to the Igaj for the opening of an investigation into serious acts committed by Magistrate Idrissa Diarra, president of the college of investigating judges of the judicial and financial pool, for several offenses in the Farba Ngom case," the lawyer announced.
What he accuses the magistrate of in the Farba Ngom case is an "unjustified refusal to release, despite four (4) alarming medical opinions characterizing three offenses, that of attacking liberty, that of endangering the life of others and that of failing to assist a person in danger".
The lawyer also criticizes the magistrate for deliberate inaction in the investigation, which lasted ten months without any hearings. He also accuses Idrissa Diarra of "manifest disloyalty contrary to the ethics of magistrates."
For Me Thiam, this investigating judge is violating the provisions that determine professional ethics, consisting of the values, principles, obligations and incompatibilities that are imposed on magistrates, the disregard of which is likely to constitute a disciplinary fault.
He points out that four experts have confirmed that Farba Ngom's state of health is incompatible with prison life and that he risks sudden death in his sleep. He therefore considers this to be "persecution," an offense punishable under Article 106 of the Penal Code.
"Therefore, the Inspector General of the Administration of Justice is asked to conduct extensive investigations into the reprehensible actions of Magistrate Idrissa Diarra, who has clearly failed in his ethical obligations to satisfy the political desires of Mr. Ousmane Sonko, who has openly accused the magistrates of the Supreme Court of censoring the PJF," he said.

Il s'y est trop mal pris et fut surpris par la dénonciation de le nomination dans Diomaye-président. Et le maintien de Ass.
Maintenant, il est pris entre 2 feux:soit il fait marche-arrière en limogeant ces 2 et paraîtra comme un homme faible.Et peut être pourra maintenir un petit capita-sympathie.Ou il maintient ses positions et perdra le soutien populaire pour acter sa mort politique.
Dans ce dernier cas,il sera considéré comme le torpilleur du projet sur lequel tout un peuple comptait.
Il aura sur ses frêles épaules la responsabilité de la souffrance chronique des Sénégalais, l'impunité criminels entre 2021 et 2024 ,l'impunité dans la reddition des comptes, la fuite de Macky Sall(qui sait puisqu'on l'accuse d'être au service du système)...Beaucoup trop d'attentes populaires déçues....
