Pool judiciaire financier : Les minutes de l’audition de Mamadou Bocar Daff
The presiding judge of the financial judicial pool, Idrissa Diarra, is continuing the substantive questioning in the Farba Ngom case. On December 1, 2025, Mamadou Bocar Daff, former Director General of Universal Health Coverage (CMU), appeared before the investigating judge. He was formally charged on May 7, 2025, with complicity in organized crime, embezzlement of public funds, and money laundering. He has been placed under judicial supervision.
Mamadou Bocar Daff is cited in a report by the National Financial Intelligence Processing Unit (CENTIF) for a suspicious transaction with Farba Ngom. According to Seneweb, he denied the charges against him before the investigating magistrate. He explained that Farba Ngom had simply sold him a plot of land located at the former Yoff airport for 25 million CFA francs.
Farba Ngom, mayor of Agnam, is currently imprisoned for organized criminal association, fraud against public funds and money laundering, in a case involving 31 billion FCFA.
