Abdou Mbow : «Laissez l'armée en dehors des débats politiques»

During the debate on the 2026 Armed Forces budget, Abdou Mbow argued for "support for the army without political controversy." For him, this budget is not merely financial: "it symbolizes recognition for the men and women who ensure the country's security."

“These men deserve all the honors,” he declared, calling on the Minister of the Armed Forces, General Birame Diop, to convey his congratulations to the soldiers. He also urged the Minister of Finance to strengthen support for the ministry, emphasizing the crucial role of the army in a regional context marked by insecurity in the Sahel.

Abdou Mbow reminded everyone that support for the Armed Forces goes beyond governments and individuals: "Men come and go, institutions remain. Supporting the Ministry of the Armed Forces means supporting Senegal."

He stressed the importance of protecting the army from political debates in order to guarantee national cohesion and stability: "Let us work to keep these men and women out of our political debates in order to have a united and responsible nation."

Il faut le dire à Ngor le nouveau prince de Ndiagagnao,Sonko a frappé fort avec son tera meeting le 8 nombre ,Diomaye a lieu de donner une réponse politique s’était aller se cacher derrière l’armée en participant à une randonnée pédestre ce qu’aucun président n’a jamais fait !
