Affaire Expresso : pourquoi Diomaye Faye a effacé la signature de Macky Sall
A major blow for Expresso. Libération reports in its Monday edition that President Diomaye Faye has overturned the decree approving the amendment to the concession agreement and specifications awarded to the telephone operator. The decree was signed by former head of state Macky Sall.
"The first suspicious fact is that the decree in question was signed on the sly on March 20, 2024, four days before the presidential election," the daily newspaper reports. And there's worse, according to the newspaper: "The Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Authority had been completely shut down. Yet, it is the one responsible for studying and investigating such cases."
