National Assembly: The law on the declaration of assets passed!

Assemblée nationale : La loi sur la déclaration de patrimoine votée !

The law on asset declarations has been amended. Following the adoption of the bill by the Council of Ministers, the deputies voted and adopted, this Monday, August 25, Bill No. 15/2025 relating to asset declarations, in a plenary session, as part of an extraordinary session.

According to state authorities, the said law on the declaration of assets aims to prevent any risk of illicit enrichment of holders of high office and, on the other hand, to satisfy the legitimate demand of citizens for information on the situation and behavior of public leaders in a context of transparency.
