Barth charge le régime : «Il n’y a pas plus incapable qu’un Etat qui ne peut payer les bourses… »
Faced with the growing crisis in higher education, Barthélémy Dias has taken a stand. The leader of the "Sénégal bi nu bokk" movement heavily criticized the authorities. "There is no state that can't pay scholarships. There is nothing more incompetent than a state that can't pay scholarships, that can't buy a kilo of peanuts for at least 700 CFA francs, or even 800 CFA francs," he asserted.
The former mayor of Dakar also addressed a message to the students in a video recording shared on social media. "We ask you to agree to discuss with the authorities while continuing to fight for the principles and values you defend. Because these are noble principles and values," he told them.
The leader of the "Sénégal bi nu bokk" movement also criticized the regime regarding the price of peanuts. For him, "setting the minimum price for peanuts at 305 CFA francs is the height of compassion for farmers." In his opinion, with Chinese buyers, farmers could have earned between 700 and 1000 CFA francs per kilo. "Therefore, the State must reconsider its position because this is another form of slavery," he said.

de mon avis perso...on ne peut que les juger ainsi depuis 2 ans aucun changement ou mouvement contribuant a diminuer
les charges sociales et meme les impots qui ns tues a petit feu...les senegalais ont faim....
