Coalition Diomaye : Après le Tera-meeting, le Président Faye prend une décision radicale !
President Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye has formalized a major reorganization at the head of the "Diomaye President Coalition", confirming the end of Mrs. Aïda Mbodj's mission and the appointment of a new figure to lead the restructuring.
In his newsletter dated November 11, 2025, President Faye reiterates that he informed Ms. Aïda Mbodj, as early as September 10, 2025, of the end of her mission as head of the Coalition. He thanks her for her commitment and her "unparalleled dedication" to the victory of March 2024.
However, the President justifies the need for this reorganization by the current state of the Coalition: “Two (02) months later, it is clear that lethargy and divisive factors persist despite the strong interest generated by the “Diomaye President Coalition” and the numerous membership applications.”
Faced with this situation, President Diomaye Faye called upon a new figure to lead the restructuring: Aminata Touré, general supervisor of the presidential election campaign for March 2024. Her mission: to lead the restructuring process under the banner of openness and the pursuit of operational efficiency.
The President expressed his full confidence in the role of this major political figure: "I have no doubt that his experience, commitment, and unifying spirit will be of great value to us in the restructuring of our organization, which must lead to a stronger coalition, serving the positive dissemination of the government's actions, under the enlightened leadership of Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko."
The ultimate goal of the reorganization is to make the Coalition "more operational, better structured and fully effective" in serving the common project.

Sonko avait bien dit que Aida restera Coordinatrice et si Diomaye la dégomme cela signifie que Diomaye est maintenant avec les opposants.
