And it turns out that until 2023 here in Senegal, they were regulatory outside the state's debt. And since 2023, they have been in the state's debt. I'm not saying this is done to annoy Macky Sall's administration. I'm simply saying that standards are changing," he explained during the program.
False, replies Al Aminou Lô. The Minister of State indicates that the public debt included, well before 2023, that of public enterprises: "This statement is false. The document available at the link below, which concerns the review of Senegal's program underway in December 2023, presented to the IMF Executive Board on December 13, 2024, clearly shows that the public debt included, well before 2023, both the debt of the central administration and that of public enterprises."
The former minister-secretary-general of the government indicates that at the time, the meeting of the IMF Executive Board had even authorized the release of a drawdown of approximately 280 million US dollars before the March 2024 elections. This, on the basis of these figures.

C'est malheureux que depuis plus d'une année , on parle et accuse sans preuve.
On ne peut pas empêcher ceux qui sont de mauvaise foi d’être en pleine journée et de dire qu’il fait nuit.
De toute façon après leurs forfaits les laches ont pris la poudre d’escampette avec leurs familles et n’osent pas remettre les pieds au pays.
Ils ne perdent rien pour attendre, un jour ou l’autre ils seront traduits , avec leurs complices, devant le tribunal des hommes ou pire devant le Meilleur des Juges pour tout le mal qu’ils ont fait à des générations de sénégalais.
