Élection du maire de Dakar : Le FDR appelle les élus municipaux à assumer pleinement leurs responsabilités

In a press release received, he declared that "faced with such a situation, the citizens of Dakar and, in particular, their municipal elected officials must assume all of their responsibilities."
Indeed, the Conference of Leaders continues, given the seriousness of the actions taken by the proponents of the current regime, given the designs they no longer hide, every Senegalese man, woman, and man must feel concerned. "It is a matter of no longer allowing abuses and excesses, negligence and incompetence to flourish. We must now reduce the costs, impose a salutary halt, push for a restoration of order, for respect for the will of citizens and their legitimate aspiration for well-being," it affirmed.
Furthermore, "the FDR therefore solemnly calls on municipal councilors to unite and make the right choice so that Dakar does not contribute, through the mayor who would be elected on August 25, to prolonging the ruinous image of the current Senegalese government." "This responsibility is theirs and, most certainly, they will answer for it before history. So, let them make the right choice," the members advised.

Ce pays est assurément atypique : on rejoint dans le tard la coalition Domaye Président, après 18 mois d'attente d'un poste, on attaque pêle-mêle le PR, le MFDC, l'armée...
