Emploi des jeunes : Le instructions fermes de Diomaye Faye à son Premier ministre Ousmane Sonko
The President of the Republic reaffirmed that youth employment remains a "major priority for the Government's action, within the framework of the National Transformation Agenda Senegal 2050." "Considering the urgency of moving forward on this project, the Head of State reminded the Prime Minister of the need to take all necessary steps to accelerate the finalization of the new document on the National Employment Policy before the end of December 2025," according to the press release from the Council of Ministers meeting of Wednesday, November 19.
In this context, Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye "calls for the transformation and adaptation of vocational and technical training systems, with a particular emphasis on the scaling up and development of dual training, the strengthening of interventions by the Vocational and Technical Training Financing Fund and the establishment of vocational and technical training centers in all departments of Senegal."
Continuing his instructions, he emphasized the importance of coordinating all the resources and actions of projects and organizations dedicated to promoting youth employment, in order to implement a National Youth Employment Promotion Program. He also stressed the need to establish the Senegalese Youth Advisory Council and to hold regular meetings of the National Council for Youth Integration and Employment.
Finally, President Faye recalls that the year 2026 will be dedicated to the promotion of Employment and the development of the Social and Solidarity Economy, thus marking a new stage in the national strategy of inclusion and growth.

Vraiment, qui nous a proposé ce malade mental qui nous a causé du tort ?
Je n'ai jamais compris cette perte de temps énorme que constitue les conseils des ministres hebdomadaires. En 2025 on fait encore des conseils des ministres style senghor alors que sous senghor il y avait les dactylos et télégrammes pour passer les messages. Nous nous avons des outils où lesessages sont instantanés et le temps est devenu plus précieux. Mais on reste bloqué dans nos têtes. Pauvre Sénégal
J’ai l’impression que les communiqués du conseil des ministres sont des litanies d’urgence et d’impératifs jamais réalisés avec des promesses électorales concernant la justice et la reddition des comptes oubliées.
Pendant ce temps Diomaye a le temps de faire de la politique en recyclant ceux qui ont contribué à nous mettre dans cette situation catastrophique.
Quelle manque de vision !
