Finances publiques : L’APR exige la publication de plusieurs rapports dans un délai d’une semaine
The National Executive Secretariat (SEN) of the Alliance for the Republic (APR) warns of the "urgency of the public finance situation", following the third downgrade of Senegal's rating in eighteen months.
Based on correspondence sent by lawyers appointed by former President Macky Sall, as part of the effort to uncover the truth about the public debt, the outgoing presidential party is demanding the publication of several official documents deemed essential to enlighten public opinion.
These include the "report on the situation of public finances covering the period from 2019 to March 31, 2024 from the General Inspectorate of Finance; the provisional report of the Chamber of Budgetary and Financial Affairs of the Court of Auditors; the report of the Forvis-Mazars firm on the audit of the public debt as well as the Statistical Bulletin on the public debt, the last issue of which dates from June 2024.
The APR granted the relevant authorities one week to make these documents public. After this deadline, the former president's party announced "large-scale actions" to be carried out in consultation with political and civic forces to provide the Senegalese people with all information relating to the transparency of public finances, particularly regarding debt.
While reaffirming its commitment to transparency, the APR assures that it will go all the way to, in its words, "expose the lies and manipulation" aimed at discrediting the legacy of President Macky Sall.

Maintenant, l'APR qui 'exige' est risible. Le rapport de la cour des comptes est publique non? Vous disiez que ce n'etait as signe quand c'etait rendu publique. Le rapport Maar etait sur demande du FMI qui voulait un cabinet international independant...qui a trouve PIRE. Cette page est tourne, desole APR. On est plus sur le terrain de la contestation apres 3 rapports d'audit, est one sur la voie de solution.
Il faut tous les mettre au gnouf ces criminels économiques.
