Gueum Sa Bopp dénonce une « conspiration d'État » et appelle à la mobilisation nationale
The Gueum Sa Bopp Les Jambaars movement of Bougane Guèye Dany held a press conference this Tuesday, November 25, at the headquarters of the political party, in the Keur Gorgui district, to denounce the current governance and present its proposals for national recovery.
Less than two years after the Diomaye-Sonko duo came to power, the leaders of Gueum Sa Bopp paint an alarming picture: deteriorating institutions, economic recession, and rising unemployment. According to them, the commitments made to the people have remained unfulfilled, and no significant reforms have been implemented.
The movement accuses the government of resting on three toxic pillars they call "the 3 I's": incompetence in appointment choices, inexpertise in public action, and irresponsibility in management and communication. They point the finger at unqualified board chairpersons, inexperienced directors, members of parliament incapable of legislating, and ministers "drowned in their own contradictions."
The most serious accusation concerns an alleged hidden agenda: Gueum Sa Bopp claims that a secret strategy aims to couple the 2027 local elections with the Legislative elections, following a planned dissolution of the National Assembly in December 2026.
The alleged objective is to paralyze political debate and lock in the 2027 and 2029 election deadlines. The movement also denounces the creation of "two artificial blocs to neutralize any alternative" and a "skillfully orchestrated indirect migration".
Two major reform priorities have reportedly been abandoned: streamlining the administration and revitalizing agriculture, livestock farming, and fishing. Gueum Sa Bopp laments that the administration is consuming billions in operating expenses while 168 public bodies are wasting 76% of their budgets on the same item. The vital sectors that "feed households" are said to remain without inputs, mechanization, and infrastructure.
The movement directly challenges the government on several sensitive issues. Regarding security: why not declassify the intelligence report publicly mentioned concerning journalist Madiambal Diagne? Regarding assets: will the Prime Minister publish his full asset declaration before the National Assembly next Friday? Regarding natural resources: why aren't oil and gas revenues published in detail, quarter by quarter? Regarding government spending: where are the itemized invoices for the private jet used by the Prime Minister?
The movement presents a strategy it considers effective: saving 180 to 240 billion CFA francs through genuine administrative streamlining.
Secure and intelligently manage oil and gas revenues; finance inputs, mechanization, modern livestock farming and fisheries infrastructure; create hundreds of thousands of jobs; restore the country's food sovereignty.
Among the strategic recommendations are: the adoption of a legal framework strengthening transparency in the management of public finances; the strengthening of the public procurement control body; the launch of a national economic recovery program and the strengthening of economic diplomacy.
Gueum Sa Bopp Les Jambaars launches a vast national animation campaign from December 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026. The movement invites the establishment of Jambaars clubs in all villages, neighborhoods and within the diaspora, under the slogan "Dello Sénégal ci kaw" (Let's raise up Senegal).
The leaders of the movement are calling on the opposition and the country's vital forces to form a common front "with a view to a change of governance and the alleviation of the people's suffering".
The meeting is scheduled for Friday, November 28th. Following the Prime Minister's statement to the deputies, Gueum Sa Bopp promises to present to the Senegalese people "the truth of the figures, the truth of the maneuvers, and the truth of the solutions."

Ils nous convoquent au terrain Sacré-Cœur, on se déplace, on arrive… et là : désert total. Pas un leader, pas un partisan. Même les pigeons avaient boycotté. Et après ça, ils font quoi ? Ils rassemblent des journalistes dans une salle de 50 m², serrés comme dans un “car rapide”, pour raconter quoi ? Pour faire semblant d’être l’opposition ? Sérieux, si vous avez peur, dites-le. Personne ne va vous forcer. Allez faire autre chose, ouvrez un salon de thé, mais laissez l’opposition tranquille

Bougane tu n’es pas intelligent, les Pastefiens cherchent à un bouc émissaire pour décharger leur colère sur lui et tu viens te donner gratuitement à eux. Ils faut les laisser s’entretuer entre eux et quand ils seront complètement décimé et anéanti tu sors ramasser le pouvoir sans effort. L’heure n’est pas à la communication pour les opposants.

Lui, il est né en Mauritanie mais veut faire sa mobilisation nationale au Sénégal ! Parce que chez les noirs, depuus toujours, les sabotages, complots et trahisons et meurtres ne sont pas suffiamment dénoncés ! Même 2pac, ils l’ont tué à seulement 25 ans même s’il reste encore le meilleur rappeur de tous les temps. Par complots et trahisons, ls ont tué aussi d’autres leaders prometteurs comme Thopas Sankara, Lemumba etc. Je demande aux patriotes de reboubler de vigilence et faire bloc autour de SONKO. Dans une de ses chasons, le rappeur 2pac disait : "The good die young ". Traduction : " Les gens bien meurent tôt" Et lui même a été tué par des noirs à seulement 25 ans malgré son génie et les messages puissants et activisme important qu’il apportait à la communauté noire et au monde entier. Noir beugoul kou bakh ! Danñulay sonal - dañulay rey ! Soyons prêts à tout pour protéger SONKO.
Bougane né en Mauritanie sans même le BAC qui dit des bêtises comme d'habitude. Bougane es en faillite économiquement (plus de dettes que biens). Les banques ont hypothéqué tut ce qu'il possède et c'est la grande crise a DMedia. Il ne peut même pas gérer un foyer ce me.
