The President of the Republic has taken the following decisions:
Under the Ministry of Land and Air Transport:
• Mr. El hadji Abdoulaye GUEYE, Civil Administrator, payroll number 624581/J, is appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Land and Air Transport;
• Mr. Ablaye DIOP, Planner, payroll number 618 402/G, is appointed Director of General Administration and Equipment of the Ministry of Land and Air Transport.
Under the Ministry of Communication, Telecommunications and Digital Affairs
• Mr. Birane BADIANE, Accountant-Auditor, is appointed Director of General Administration and Equipment at the Ministry of Communication, Telecommunications and Digital Technology, replacing Mrs. Hélène Ndoukite Helndou DIOUF.
Under the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene
•Mr. Serigne MBAYE, Principal Civil Administrator of exceptional class, payroll number 516 909/H, is appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene.
• Mr. Alassane DIALLO, financial expert, is appointed Director of General Administration and Equipment at the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene.
On behalf of the Minister of Family, Social Action and Solidarity:
• Mr. Edmond KAMAR A, Civil Administrator, payroll number 624 555/C, is appointed Director of General Administration and Equipment at the Ministry of Family, Social Action and Solidarity.
• Mrs. Coura SOW, project monitoring officer, holder of a Master's degree in Banking and Insurance, is appointed Director of the National Credit Fund for Women.
• Mr. Matar TR AORE, Consultant in Decision-Making Information Systems, is appointed Secretary General of the Senegalese Agency for Universal Health Coverage (SEN-
CSU).
Under the Ministry of Fisheries and Maritime Economy:
• Mr. Mamadou Abibou DIAGNE, veterinary doctor of exceptional class, salary number 600 694/E, is appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Fisheries and Maritime Economy.
• Mr. Papa Ndiamé SENE, specialist in Public Finance, payroll number 625 106/B, is appointed Director of General Administration and Equipment of the Ministry of Fisheries and Maritime Economy;
• Mr. Ibrahima LO, Fisheries and Aquaculture Engineer, payroll number 513 971/D is appointed Inspector of Administrative and Financial Affairs (IAAF), at the Ministry of Fisheries and Maritime Economy, replacing Mrs. Marième Diagne TALLA, who has been granted her right to a retirement pension.
Under the Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Public Service Reform:
• Mrs. Thioro Mbaye SALL, Inspector of Labor and Social Security of exceptional class, salary number 604 145/H, is appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Civil Service, Labor and Public Service Reform;
•Mr. Louis Benoit MBAYE, Professor of Secondary Education, salary number 666 139/A, is appointed Director of General Administration and Equipment at the Ministry of Civil Service, Labor and Public Service Reform.
Under the Ministry of Youth and Sports:
• Mr. Moussa DIAGNE, Civil Administrator, payroll number 518 911/C, is appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Youth and Sports;
• Mr. Aboubakry BOCOUM, Treasury Inspector, is appointed Director of General Administration and Equipment at the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Under the Ministry of Infrastructure:
• Mr. Abdoulaye GUEYE, Advisor in Exceptional Class Planning, payroll number 602 820/B, is appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Infrastructure. appointed Director of General Administration
Under the Ministry of Culture, Crafts and Tourism:
• Mrs. Seynabou NIANG, Civil Administrator, payroll number 607 623/ F, is appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture, Crafts and Tourism.
• Mr. Mamadou Moustapha DIALLO, - Specialist in project management and public finance, payroll number 634 436/Z, is appointed Director of General Administration and Equipment at the Ministry of Culture, Crafts and Tourism:
Under the Ministry of Energy, Petroleum and Mines:
• Mr. Thierno Seydou LY, Petroleum Engineer, payroll number 727 813/B, is appointed Director General of Hydrocarbons at the Ministry of Energy, Petroleum and Mines, vacant position.
Under the Ministry of National Education:
• Mr. Assane MBENGUE, Elementary Education Inspector, payroll number 626 385/J, previously interim Academy Inspector of Tambacounda, is appointed Academy Inspector of Tambacounda, replacing Mr. Babacar DIACK, who is entitled to claim his retirement pension;
• Mr. Khadim SYLLA, holder of a Diploma in Advanced Studies (DEA) in Mediterranean studies, is appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Islamic Institute of Dakar, replacing Mr. Papa Abdou CISSE.
• Mr. Makha NDIOM, payroll number 514 154/H, is appointed Director of General Administration and Equipment at the Ministry of National Education, replacing Mrs. Yacine GUEYE
Under the Ministry of Employment and Vocational and Technical Training:
• Mr. Mamadou GUEYE, Counseling Psychologist, payroll number 685 098/D, is appointed Director General of Vocational and Technical Training at the Ministry of Employment and Vocational and Technical Training, replacing Mrs. Mame Diarra DIOP, who has been granted her rights to a retirement pension;
• Mr. Cheikh Sadibou SIDIBE, Secondary Education Professor, payroll number 704 563/I, previously Acting Director of the Diamniadio Poultry Careers Reference Center, is appointed Director of Examinations, Professional Competitions and Certifications at the Ministry of Employment and Vocational and Technical Training, replacing Mr. Alassane DJIGO, who has been granted retirement pension rights.
• Mr. Mamadou Camara FALL, Inspector of Labor and Social Security, payroll number 515 710/C, is appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational and Technical Training;
• Doctor Mamadou KANE, payroll number 625 481/L, is appointed Director of General Administration and Equipment at the Ministry of Employment and Vocational and Technical Training.

Faut prevenir vos militants, tout le monde cotise, le budget cest la cotisation des senegalais pas de seuls membres d un parti.
Le government travaille pour les senegalais pas pour un parti.

Les Hal poular trés scolaires mais pas trés créatifs, théorie REK !
Moins d’imprudences, plus de contrôles, plus de sensibilisation.
Les transporteurs reconnaissent eux-mêmes les efforts de coordination.
Le travail est long, mais le cap est bon.
Ceux qui critiquent veulent des miracles instantanés.
Mais la sécurité routière, c’est une bataille de chaque jour.
Et sur ce terrain, le DG mène la lutte avec courage et détermination.
Il travaille pour le pays, pas pour un clan.
Il assume ses décisions, même quand elles sont impopulaires.
Son parcours parle de service, pas d’ambition personnelle.
Il n’a pas besoin de se justifier face à des accusations sans preuves.
Le Sénégal a besoin d’hommes comme lui : engagés, calmes et constants.
La vérité finit toujours par rattraper la mauvaise foi.
