Mairie de Kaolack : Les agents municipaux à couteaux tirés avec le Maire Serigne Mboup
Kaolack municipal workers staged a sit-in to protest the delay in the payment of incentive bonuses, degraded working conditions, and the lack of dialogue with the authorities. Wearing red armbands in front of the town hall, the municipal workers' inter-union, affiliated with the National Confederation of Senegalese Workers (CNTS), is warning the mayor and threatening to take a tougher stance if he continues to turn a deaf ear.
Serigne Abdou Khadre Diop, general secretary of the CNTS in Kaolack, expressed the agents' frustration, stressing that these demands have persisted for several months without a concrete response from the town hall.

Payer une prime de motivation à des employés paresseux! C'est une mauvaise idée! Des employés qui menacent de bloquer l'institution doivent être remerciés, sinon ils vont recommencer tous les 6 mois.
