Abass Fall and members of the Dakar City Council were received on Monday by President Bassirou Diomaye Faye. According to the Presidency, the meeting provided an opportunity to discuss strategic issues related to the organization of the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games.

“The City Council presented its priorities to make this global event an opportunity for the sustainable transformation of the capital, in terms of living environment, infrastructure and international influence,” the source reports.

The delegation expressed its satisfaction with the President of the Republic's attentive listening and the interest he shows in the concerns of the City of Dakar in the preparation of the Youth Olympic Games.
