Passation de service : la Direction des Constructions des Palais de Justice rattachée au ministère des Infrastructures
A handover of power took place this Saturday between the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Infrastructure. Following this ceremony, it was officially confirmed that the Department of Construction of Courthouses and Other Buildings is no longer under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice, but is now under the supervision of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
This reorganization is part of a desire to streamline the management of construction and maintenance projects for judicial infrastructure across the country. According to the authorities, the transfer of this department will allow for better coordination of work with other public infrastructure projects.
The two ministers welcomed this transition, stating that it aims to strengthen efficiency and transparency in the implementation of judicial equipment in Senegal.

- Palais de justice de St Louis, commencé sous Wade, inauguré avec Diomaye, et en occupation forcée alors qu'il reste des travaux de finition. Durant les 12 ans de règne de Firaouna Sall 4 entreprises APRistes se sont relayées sur ce chantier sans rien terminer.
