Primature : Les changements dans le cabinet de Sonko
Following the cabinet reshuffle that took place on September 6, a reorganization took place in government services. This affected the Prime Minister's office, particularly the office of the head of government, Ousmane Sonko.
Decree 2025-1431, on the distribution of state services, reviewed by Seneweb, revealed certain changes in Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko's office and in the Prime Minister's office. Among these changes is the establishment, within the Prime Minister's office itself, of a National Air Transport Council. The measure was announced last Thursday, April 3, during an interministerial meeting on Aibd and Air Senegal.
Two new creations in the PM's Cabinet
“A National Air Transport Council, an entity under the supervision of the Prime Minister, will be established. Its mission will be to establish a strategic government framework to drive and monitor the administrative, economic, and financial governance of the sector. It will be comprised of all stakeholders whose involvement is deemed relevant,” the Prime Minister’s office informed.
The other change noted in the decree on the distribution of services is the establishment of an interministerial committee to monitor the Senegal 2050 agenda. It is also housed within the office of Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko.
The arrangements for Marie Rose Faye
Then, with the appointment of Marie Rose Khady Fatou Faye, a "Office of the Secretary of State to the Prime Minister in charge of relations with institutions, government spokesperson" was created. And in connection with the appointment, a "Directorate for Relations with Institutions" was created within the General Secretariat of the Government.
Waqf enters the Prime Minister's office, ENA disappears
The other intriguing aspect, however, is that the National School of Administration (ENA), which appeared on the Prime Minister's list of "Other Administrations" since 2022 and in 2024, is no longer there. Has it been moved? No answer yet. However, the High Authority of Waqf, which, in the latest decrees on the distribution of services, was housed in the Ministry of Finance and Budget, has entered the Prime Minister's office.

Zéro billet pour la mecque avec les 10 billets reçus par le ministre qui a tout donné à ses parents, rien pour les agents

Tout pour le ministre et sa clique, rien pour les agents
Tout part pour sa Casamance, des ordres de mission tous les jours pour la Casamance
Sonko et Guy Marius sont grands mais yankhoba est petit
Il avait promis de supprimer les fonds politiques mais il s'en est servi plus que les anciens présidents.
C'est de la haute trahison.
Sonko est nul
Le reve ne va se pas réaliser et le réveil va etre brutal pour ces médiocres qui tâtonnement depuis deux ans.
Il a un gouvernement dans son cabinet.
Voilà pourquoi la masse salariale de l’État a augmenté.

L Ena doit réformer ses curricula pour mieux épouser les mutations du Senegal.et du monde.
Je ne peux pas comprendre qu ' a l heure où le Senegal exploite du pétrole et du gas, que nous recrutions a l.Ena des sociologues et des philosophes pour en faire des inspecteurs des impôts et du Trésor. En deux ans on ne peut former des experts fiscaux ou du Trésor capables de mieux évaluer les impôts des sociétés major. Les impôts de ces sociétés sont tellement complexes que cela nécessite une expertise que deux ans ou trois ans de formation ne vous fournit pas.
Honnêtement nous avons un problème. Il faut relever le niveau de recrutement et renforcer la formation.
