Tivaouane : L’hôpital El Hadj Malick Sy ouvre ses portes le 1er décembre
Tivaouane, the capital of Tidianiya, is preparing to welcome one of Senegal's most modern health facilities, a symbol of the alliance between local development and public health services. The inauguration of the new Seydi El Hadj Malick Sy Hospital, a level 3 health facility, is scheduled for December 1, 2025, according to the latest forecasts from the Ministry of Health.
Launched in June 2022 by former President Macky Sall, this large-scale project marks a major step in strengthening the medical platform in the Thiès region.
Estimated at 46 billion CFA francs, the facility, which covers nearly 25,000 m², offers a capacity of approximately 300 beds. It will include several specialties, including surgery, cardiology, oncology, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and intensive care, supported by an ultramodern technical platform with medical imaging (MRI, scanner) and latest-generation laboratories.
Beyond providing healthcare, Seydi El Hadj Malick Sy Hospital also aims to become a medical training center and a center of excellence for the region. During a site visit, the Minister of Health noted that the work was nearly 98% complete, and that the final adjustments involved commissioning equipment and training staff.

Apres les dettes cachees, voila les rapports caches.
Celui qui doit etre cible cest le rapport de base, produit par les fonctionnaires du ministere des finances et audite par la Cour des Comptes.

Faut publier les rapports.Depuis le debut, on ne parle que depuis la Prmature, personne ne sait ce qui se passe.
La transparency commence par l respecter les textes
- Un hôpital moins équipé que l'hôpital de Touba 46milliard (si on en avait 4 = 184 milliards)
- Les 4 premiers hôpitaux de Macky dont l'Hôpital de Touba avec la radiothérapie : 94 milliars les 4 (94/4 = 23,5 milliards par Hôpital)
Conclusion : l'Hôpital de Tivaouane, une surfacturation (on pouvait en avoir deux hôpitaux de cette taille)
