Haute Cour de Justice : l’affaire Ndèye Saly Dieng Diop proche d’un règlement définitif ou d’un non-lieu
The High Court of Justice, presided over by the First President of the Dakar Court of Appeal, Abdoulaye Ba, is making rapid progress in processing pending cases. According to well-informed sources, the case involving the former Minister of Family, Women, Gender, and Child Protection, Ndèye Saly Dieng Diop, is nearing completion before the investigating committee. The former minister has already been questioned at length regarding all the charges against her in the indictment.
Several witnesses were also heard during the proceedings. Considering the judicial investigation complete, the investigating commission notified Ndèye Saly Dieng Diop's lawyers of a closing order for observations. At the end of the three-day statutory period, the case file was forwarded to the Prosecutor General's Office at the Supreme Court for its final recommendations (referral to the High Court or dismissal of the case).
However, the Attorney General requested a further hearing with the former minister, particularly regarding the air conditioner case, with, if necessary, a confrontation with the Ministry's Director of Administrative and General Equipment (DAGE) and the supplier involved. This additional hearing took place on Tuesday, December 3, 2025. Following this formality, the investigating committee is expected to issue a new order concluding the investigation to Ndèye Saly Dieng Diop's lawyers in the coming days before definitively returning the case to the Attorney General's Office for its final recommendations. These recommendations will precede the ruling (referral to trial or dismissal of the case).
Ndèye Saly Dieng Diop was charged and placed under judicial supervision on May 19, 2025, for the alleged embezzlement of 52 million FCFA in public funds related to the management of Covid-19 funds allocated to her former department. She paid bail of 57 million FCFA to secure her provisional release.

Même le PM Sonko s'était mis en colère au temps de l'ancien Ministre de la justice Ousmane Diagne qu'on mette cette dame en prison pour 50 millions alors que ceux qui doivent des centaines et centaines de millions sont libres...
Dommage que personne des riches d'hier n'a pas tenté de rembourser les 50 millions dus par cette ancienne Ministre ou même l'aider à consigner cette somme ; y compris l'ancien Président Sall, il paraît qu'elle était très proche de son épouse.
La dynamique est de libérer tous ces malfrats, de les regrouper et ensuite conclure un deal de rejoindre Mimi Satan renforçant ainsi cette coalition fantôme qui va pondre un résultat de 3% aux prochaines joutes electorales.
être accusé ne signifie pas être coupable ! pourquoi rembourser 50 millions si aucune preuve n'est apportée pour une prétendue malversation
.Celles-ci précéderont l’ordonnance de règlement (renvoi en jugement ou non-lieu)......le renvoi en jugement par contre n'est pas un règlement définitif : c'est le début d'un autre processus...............TITRE BIDON.
